We will be waiting to greet you at your picnic spot. We will ensure you have everything you need, then leave you to enjoy your picnic experience! When you are ready to leave, just call or text us 15-20 minutes before, and we will come back and take care of the full take down. All you need to do is tell your friends that they should have a luxury picnic experience, as well!
Once the details of your booking are in place, we will send you an invoice. We will hold your requested date for 1 week, at which time a 50% deposit is due. Upon receipt of this, your date is officially reserved for you! Four weeks prior to your event we will send a second invoice for payment of the final 50%. Payments after this point are non refundable as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so, as well as spent many hours planning your beautiful event. (Please see our Important Information page.) If you book within the 4 weeks prior to your date, then full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
During your picnic, you are responsible for the safety of all items at your picnic. Thus, we ask you not to leave your picnic unattended for any length of time. (Reserve the refreshing dip in the ocean for another day!) A refundable security deposit of $200 will be included in your invoice, and returned to you following your event, assuming there is no damage to anything.
We will arrive at your home/backyard 1-2 hours prior to your booking time, depending on the scale of the picnic/number of guests attending. (The more guests and add-on's, the more time needed for set-up) Once we are all set up, we will leave you to enjoy your picnic experience. As mentioned above, just give us a quick call or text when you are done, and we will come back to do the take down. We also offer the option of take down the following day, should you like your experience flow into the wee hours!

Absolutely you can! All booking elements remain the same. We would just need the name and contact details of at least one person who will actually be attending your picnic.
Your cherished older family member can certainly be accommodate! No one should miss a picnic experience. Simply indicate on the booking form that you need alternative seating, and the number of guests requiring it, and we will have those for you at your picnic (At the head of the table, of course!)
